Roles we're recruiting for

Yard Operative

Full time, permanent · Langley yard (SL3 6DH) and sites across London and the South East

£31,000 to £38,000 a year, depending on experience

Run our yard and keep crews and the screed fleet supplied: loading, stock, silos, forklift and Bobcat work, daily pre-use checks and small repairs, plus deliveries of materials, pumps and plant to site.

  • Essential: proven towing experience (trailers and plant)
  • Clean UK driving licence with B+E
  • Forklift experience (CSC can support skid-steer and forklift cards)
  • Basic mechanical skills and a safety-first attitude
  • CSCS card, or willingness to get one

HGV Driver-Operator: Maverick

Full time, permanent · Category C+E (Class 1) · Langley yard and sites across London and the South East

£45,000 to £50,000 a year basic, plus paid overtime

Drive and operate Maverick, our 44-tonne mobile screed factory, which batches and pumps flowing screed on site. Full training on the plant is provided.

  • Full UK C+E licence, Driver CPC and digital tacho card
  • Plant, pump or batching experience is a plus
  • Lorry loader ticket (CPCS A36 / NPORS N107 / ALLMI) preferred, or we train you
  • Paid training, including Overmat

HGV Driver-Operator: Viper

Full time, permanent · Category C (Class 2) minimum, C+E preferred · Langley yard and sites across London and the South East

£35,000 to £42,000 a year basic, plus paid overtime

Drive Viper, our eight-wheeler clamshell grab lorry, keeping sites and Maverick supplied with materials and handling muck-away.

  • Full UK Category C licence, Driver CPC and digital tacho card
  • Lorry loader / grab ticket (CPCS A36 / NPORS N107 / ALLMI)
  • C+E strongly preferred, so you can cover Maverick
  • CSCS card preferred
