How Maverick works

Ballymore, Brentford Lock: Blocks E and J
On Ballymore's Brentford Lock scheme in west London, CSC is installing around 17,000m² of flowing screed to Blocks E and J (six floors per block) using Maverick. Rather than storing sand and binder on a tight urban site, Maverick batches flowing screed on the spot and pumps it straight to each floor, with the truck route agreed with the site team at tender stage through a marked-up logistics plan.
Progress: work started in April 2026. All upper floors are now complete, with the ground floors to follow.
