CSC at Lot M3!

CSC Screeding is proud to be working on behalf of Hills Group UK on the prestigious Lot M3 project in Cambridge. This landmark development is part of Cambridge University’s visionary Eddington project, designed to create a vibrant and sustainable urban community.

Lot M3 plays a key role within this masterplan, providing 106 highly sustainable private sale apartments that will complete the central market square. The development features a distinctive east-facing façade, showcasing stepped box bay balconies that offer a striking visual impact and overlook the newly constructed cricket pitch, adding to the charm and functionality of this architectural marvel.

For this project, CSC Screeding is utilising our cutting-edge mobile screed factory, Maverick, to deliver high-quality screed across an extensive area of circa 10,000 square meters using Cemfloor liquid screed. Maverick allows us to ensure the highest levels of precision, consistency, and efficiency, which are critical for a development of this scale and significance. By bringing the screed factory directly to the site, we streamline the process and maintain superior quality control throughout every stage of the installation.
