CSC Screeding were engaged to supply and install the unbonded rapid drying screed to various levels at this project.

This project was a 45,000ft² world class, luxury gym/leisure centre with state of the art facilities.

Ardex A29 was installed with fibre reinforcement, specific areas had to be laid to complex falls due to the nature of the rooms.  Ardex K80 industrial topping was installed in the plant areas.

CSC Screeding worked closely with Ardex and Vincent Stokes to deliver screed which was fully compliant with the client’s specifications.

The majority of the screed (40,902ft²) was installed within 6 weeks.
